‘Youth 2Youth: Stories of Help & Hope’ (Y2Y) is a social media project that tells the stories of young people who find, or have found, themselves challenged by mental health, emotional wellness and/or social issues such as suicide, divorce, bullying, substance abuse, depression, homelessness, physical disabilities, partner violence/abuse and being LGBTQ. Stories explore a critical youth concern from a personal and informational perspective and leaves viewers with an inspiring message of hope and resiliency.
